This powder coating line is specially designed to paint expanded metal mesh & welded wire mesh.

Your products need to be coated: Expanded metal mesh & welded wire mesh 

Application of finished products: fence system for highway, railway & industrial factory

Brief description: The metal fence is first preheated to a certain temperature and then passed through a fluidized bed of plastic powder where the powder particles melt, adhere and flow out to form a smooth continuous PVC coating. It is then post-heated to complete the curing of the outer surfaces. Both pre-heating furnace and curing furnace are nature gas heated.

And please note the above data (temperature and time consumption) are only for your reference. Although these data is drawn based on our actual experience, it may differ with your production requirement. Brief, these 2 factors has a strong influence on the thickness of final coating layer, the larger the figure is, the thicker the PVC coating will be.
